The Oakley Arctic Challenge 2010 Has Started

Terje Håkonsen and the mayor of Oslo kicked off the 2010 Oakley Arctic Challenge outside the city hall yesterday. We are of course in Oslo and will be keeping you updated throughout the weekend.

The Arctic Challenge Godfather Terje Håkonsen has turned the contest into a slopestyle event. Terje himself won't be competing this year, but is of course the principal person behind it.

Schedule:
Saturday March 6th:
11.00: Gates open for the crowd
12.20: Warm up, heat 1
13.00: Heat 1 start
14.00: Warm up, heat 2
14.30: Heat 2 start
22.00 Party!
(The 10 best riders are through to the final.)

Sunday March 7th:
10.00: Gates open
12.00: Warm up
13.00: Finals
14.15: Award ceremony
